March 18, 2015

One of the most exciting things about having a career in the translation and interpretation industry is all the interesting people you get to meet at the events you attend.

This week, I had the privilege of interpreting (English to French) at the Teacher of the Year Awards Ceremony in Dubai, UAE at the Atlantis Resort, The Palm.  This event recognizes and honors distinguished teachers from around the world with a one million dollar prize for their continued dedication to the professional and their profound impact on students.

You can learn more about this fantastic and generous organization at: Global Teacher Prize.
