September 26, 2012

As a Localization Project Manager tasked with managing document, software and/or website translation projects, I have been involved over the years with many interesting clients who are pursuing business opportunities around the globe. They deal with a variety of logistical, legal, support, sales and marketing issues as they grow their businesses internationally. I help them with a variety of language and technology challenges from content management systems translation workflows to document translation and desktop publishing.

Translation Services and a little extra - 6 Resources for Global Business

As part of delivering our Translation Services to clients worldwide, the sharing of useful resources is quite common. Clients want to know a hotel in Moscow or Cairo, a good publication for international legal trends, or a recent report on doing business in China, or a cool mobile app or tool to help them travel to or conduct business in another country.

As introduced in a blog last month, the GPI team will highlight some useful links and resources. These links can also be found on our website under useful links and at our Translation Services Portal at Translation Services Portal.

Today I would like to introduce you to six resources you may find useful as you conduct business around the world, travel or translate content for your company's global audiences.
